Annual happenings in the USA and Syria

The professional and educational benefits of joining SAMS is to enhance the medical knowledge of the members of SAMS through Continuing Medical Education activities, promoting and organizing professional relationships between SAMS members and medical organizations in Ohio and Syria and to create friendly relationships among American medical professionals of Syrian descent

Cultural

As humanitarians, SAMS members encourage and provide medical aid to needy patients while organizing charitable donations of medical supplies and state-of-the- art medicines to poor families in both Ohio and Syria. The Society will sponsor speakers, demonstrate new medical procedures, and provide textbooks and other learning materials to medical students in Syria

Affiliated Chapters

To aid in the establishment of chapters in various states when requested. The chapters must subscribe to the highest ethical standards and principals advocated by SAMS and those in the medical profession.
